      Pros

      - a lot of projects inside company - competitive salary to other outsource companies and even to some product companies - it depends on project, but from my experience, management is pretty good

      Cons

      - sometimes might be hard to get a raise without offer from another company - 18 day off, whereas 20-21 in all other companies

I’m sure that with the proper results you can always negotiate your paycheck. As for benefits, after 5 years of service, our associate's leave allocation increases. Every SoftServian also gets an additional one day off on our company anniversary. Unpaid leave is an option for anyone who needs extra time off. Thanks again for your feedback and have a great day!
