Pros

As in each place, there are good teams/projects and bad ones. Currently, I have a dream team! The company cares about its employees. There are presents for holidays for me and my kids, vaccination for the whole family, gym membership, and health insurance. I like the company takes part in charity events. Overall, I love working here!

Cons

Not all projects are as good. you need to choose very carefully.

Cons

Nothing really stands out for me as a con. Maybe just the fact that it's an outsourcing company, which might be bad for someone.
