A lot of templates and established practices, a big pool of experts to support project launch and execution

Cons

Tons of forms you need to submit each month and number of "partners" you need to talk to and reassure them you do your job good

moderate level of bureaucracy, but this is expected for large company

Thank you for such a high score! As for the bureaucracy, the company is scaling so fast and we are working towards making all the processes as people-friendly as possible, for example rolling out performance review app to substitute numerous Excel sheets
