SoftServe funds 50% of the course prices to be able to offer higher quality learning opportunities to associates. It’s possible to pay 50% of the price if the course is going to be helpful for you to expand your skills and enable switching. 3. You can check out free-of-charge courses on Cornerstone, our cloud-based learning platform. I’m sure you can find something interesting and helpful there!

      Pros

      SoftServe has a large client base and, probably, the largest among Ukrainian outsourcing companies. A lot of projects are available from various industries and domains. A lot of skillful colleagues. A great place for junior or middle data scientists - you can try different projects and understand what you like. You can learn a lot from your senior colleagues. A great place to grow till senior level.

      Cons

      Projects are mostly POC or MVP, so all the work is about quickly making algorithms work with client's data.
