      Softserve is a great company with a friendly atmsphere and innovative attitude. Competitive salary and benefits allow associates to concentrate on their tasks while maintaining the high level of work-life balance. Also functional offices are always there to support and drive your professional development.

      Company is in the growth mode with lots of opportunities to develop and get new experience. Quality and result are what matters. Definitely recommend!

      Cons

      If you are not good with change management and prefer slow environment - most likely SoftServe is not for you.
