Pros

- the company has many processes and young specialists can learn

Cons

- the processes are overcomplicated, sometimes its cannot be applied to every case - people who work in the company for 10+ years call the shorts OVER the company POLICY - the quantity goes over the quality and top management sets such high financial goals that pushes lower management to fool the customers - the company cares only about the numbers not about a healthy workplace and people

A very dynamically growing company with many opportunities for all level associates to find a good fit for one's desired career.

Cons

I have seen that sometimes the company values are not reflected in the way the important decision are made, including those made by the upper management.
