Should you come across controversial cases, feel free to contact your HR business partner. As for career path, SoftServe is evolving rapidly and corporate functions are in forefront of it. New projects and directions appear to cover all the needs, which opens up new challenges and opportunities for associates, involved in it. On top of that, we`re in the process of rolling out new professional development ecosystem People Excellence 2.0. All tech competencies are already enrolled, corporate functions are in the transition process now.
