      A good company for the start of the career and getting a solid background based on industry best practices

      Pros

      Clear company structure with сlear delineation of duties. Functional offices (QMO, SDO, PMO, etc.) give a solid knowledge base and best practices that spread across the company.

      Cons

      The career path is too long, and the employer can pretty fast reach it's maximum in the company. It's extremely hard to jump to the next level (like from Senior PM to Delivery Manager position)
