You have opportunities to implement your ideas and the team will support you. There're lots of different ways for development and education within SoftServe as well.

Have no idea what to say here, the only thing that could surprise you is how big this company actually is. (But it's not really cons)

cons as in all outsource companies: - aimed on profit more than on quality for clients; - you work as contractor of clients and do not feel yoursef part of client company;
