      medical insurance, benchmark, a lot learning opportunities

      Cons

      has a lot of paid services for its own employees, like English courses, a lot of trainigs also are paid. Some times it looks like courses are not for self-improvement but just one more way of making money each delivery is a independent country and it's hard to change project
