A lot of projects, new technologies, a huge amount of possibilities to level-up your technical and soft skills. Strong agile culture. Good social benefits, insurance, bench, etc

Cons

The company provides IT services to customers, and sometimes customers are conservative regarding methodologies and tech stack.

Pros

You're flexible in changing your career path or project. A lot of studying possibilities, English classes, good gym in offices. You can be provided with any hard/software needed for work. A lot of brand new offices are opening now.

Cons

New offices are mostly the open-space. Time after time you need to fill some questionaries(Security, Peacon) which are seemed annoying for employees. The departments seem like companies in company with their certain rules, culture and motivation approaches, that are really depend on manager.
