Pros

Good social package, nice management. A lot of people, who work here for more than 10 years. If the project ends, they look for something different and pay salary as usually, while you do nothing.

Cons

Lower salaries, compare to prod companies.

Pros

The place where you can learn a lot, including constant live communication with your colleges.

Cons

Bodyshop company, which proxies contracts through it's structure. Usually for senior staff external price starts from US $35-50/hour, business analyst up to $75/hour, but in fact people get pain not more than US $10-12/hour (the best case). Usually managers sold less qualified staff instead of senior one. The team for small-med size project became abandoned and work on it's own just by sharing SoftServe office. The Abiliton, so called "growth" program, - is designed to make salary negotiation harder for employee, but yes -- I can prove, it forces people learn more to get another $ US 200-400/month.
