They are paying money on time

Cons

Benefits are illusion, I never had change to use my training budget, because my requests were always rejected from any reason They proudly says that they are very open company and after equality, but I heard so may homophobic and racists jokes and nobody from management reacted on that. There was always pressure to proof the worker that he works not enough and he can't expect any payment raise, so what you negotiate on entrance is with what you will leave company

Very good equipments have been provided, hardware and software from the standard package are good

It looks like all smart people leave the company within the year. Too unprofessional managers and too junior stuff in most case were presented and profeffionals
