Pros

A nice company with many opportunities. The place is suitable for junior employees as there are a huge number of training programs. Also you can expect to get experience from strong mentors. Company processes are clear and defined. Bonuses as a plus (depend on your performance).

Cons

I don't like some work conditions. It mostly related to support offices and furniture should be better than we have at the moment. As a minus - most employees have only one monitor.

Pros

Good managers (in my case), great atmosphere and friendly people, a lot of different projects, so one can choose what suits the most, numerous opportunities for self-improvement

Cons

Too much bureucracy at times, salary is usually lower compared to such competitors as Luxoft and Ciklum
