- friendly and sensible management - many opportunity for self-development - good working conditions - employee oriented company - ambitious company, strong plans for developing

- sometime making ducision takes a lot time - little bureaucracy - not so high salary ranges as it could be

Pros

Dynamic growth organization really expanding its footprint and opportunities for all employees. Senior management is highly aligned and is really cares about the employees. Many career growth opportunities in SoftServe.

Cons

New management team arrived April 2, 2013 and has introduced many changes. Much change is occurring although I see it is working and feel the company is on the right path.
