      Pros

      A lot of resources for career growth, has a vacancies for junior developers and trainees, provides opportunities for students to become a software developers. A good place to start a career.

      Cons

      Salaries in gross, a lot of tedious projects - chances are you will work on them. Conditions are not comfortable - old used chairs, not very good air conditioning, the floors are covered with carpet that seems to be never cleared.
