Pros

The company offers an academy with a chance of getting hired. I got hired like that. Chances for promotions every 6 months, extra health benefits, and most importantly - fully remote option. Extra vacation days, sport card enrollment, food vouchers. BYOD options. They definitely aim to keep their employees sane and happy.

Cons

Only con I can think of is the insecurity of staying in reserve whenever that happens.

Many good people and teams there do their best and care for each other despite all the challenges and uncertainty.

Cons

There is a need for more transparency and honesty in communications, particularly regarding complex topics like organizational changes, layoffs, and salary issues. There is an apparent disconnect between the leadership's optimistic communications and the actual decisions and actions within the organization.
