War in Ukraine. Like any outsourcing company, projects and workloads can be fast-paced, requiring adaptability and strong time management.

The reservation of the employees is the issue that all businesses in the country struggle with during the war. We're doing our best and use all the possible options for reselvations of our employees, but there are still a lot of limitations in terms of the amount of people we can reserve. Regarding compensation, we regularly assess salaries through the compa-ratio index to ensure alignment with the market, considering the global economic situation. We encourage employees to communicate directly with their managers to discuss any concerns related to salary and benefits.
