      Company has clear path to grow as professional, I know what I have to do for promotion, job standards etc Company periodically asks about feedback, satisfaction and so on. Also there are a lot of educational programs, profile switching etc

      Cons

      Clients cuts developers because of crisis and war in Ukraine The reserve (bench) is crowded by redundant engineers without projects :(

      Hi and thank you so much for sharing your experience. These times are quite challenging for us all. Our TSLs help our employees in reserve to find new opportunities within the company. Due to the recession, our growth is slow but we are growing and helping our people and communities.
