Company has clear path to grow as professional, I know what I have to do for promotion, job standards etc Company periodically asks about feedback, satisfaction and so on. Also there are a lot of educational programs, profile switching etc

Cons

Clients cuts developers because of crisis and war in Ukraine The reserve (bench) is crowded by redundant engineers without projects :(
