Hello. We agree with you that fantastic people work at SoftServe. With more than 13 000+ employees, we try to keep bureaucracy at minimum and we're always open to suggestion on how to reduce it. As for growth and daily work assignments, we would recommend you considering switching options. As you said earlier, we have lots of interesting projects :)
