Regarding career perspectives — the global market landscape has changed significantly, and as in many companies across the industry, growth opportunities today may not always match the pace we saw 5–7 years ago. Still, we remain committed to supporting development where possible. The reservation of the employees is the issue that all business in the country strugle with during the war.
