Way so many. I can highlight: Micromanagement, Worst HR ever, Unexperienced management, Conflictive directions from leadership, Employee Data and Privacy management violations.

Good work life balance, good culture and open acceptance at all levels

Cons

Growth and learning is stagnant after some time. Also the variable pay specifically the 25% of variable is paid only 50% of times though company is doing good.
