Prior to 2017, I couldn't say enough about the culture and vision of the company. Best years of my career.

Cons

Rapid growth, acquisitions, going public and transforming rapidly introduced chaos and dysfunction, at least for a period of time. Hopefully, things have stabilized.

All that is good about this company is leaving - as am I.

Cons

Under the new CEO, SoftwareOne has experienced a neutering. It is cultural sterilization. Don't ask questions, just operate in fear. They should rename this company from SoftwareOne to SAP2. Everyone being hired is from SAP and friends with the CEO from there.
