Pros

It was a good company... Lickers can survive. If u r good Licker you have good growth.

Cons

Management need Slaves not Employees. Highly corrupted organisation. Inexperienced bunch of Idiots running the show. Management has got only 2 Minutes to listen to all problem (even though they have no work they pretend to be busy) Hire and fire policy. Management takes employees commission else again fire. There are 3 idiots running the show who doesnot know anything of Business. They claim themself to be super humans infact they are BIG ZERO. Most unethical company. The company with highest attrition.

Pros

Company is definitely growing at rapid rate. Good soft skill training courses in line with Howard Business Reviews.

Cons

I can talk about GSDC division, not sales. GSDC Management is not just naive but very reactive as well. Mid level management is ex-call center and IT help desk folks, expertise or intelligence take a back seat while politics will take you places. I have seen people bad mouthing about each other, and seniors and then getting fired...its one big reality show! If leadership was exercised as many times as it was spoken about, SWO GSDC would have been a good to place to work, sadly, it's just a word. Career Opportunities: You can rise in ranks but you won't learn a lot. Compensation: Very scattered, I was payed well, but lot of people were underpaid. Work/life Balance: Work life balance is pretty good actually, management is not very strict about day to day activities. Micro-management is scarce. Senior Management: Well it looks foreign, but its not. GSDC is like a small organization, with small stakes trying to do all the homework it can or not for SWO sales force. Senior management of GSDC acts funny, sometimes they react(firing people) and sometimes they are cool about someone harassing some female. HR department is a joke. Culture and Values: Culture is being fast, fast and fast. Does it work? not for GSDC. For GSDC it should be quality, more quality and then some more.

Startup mentality and boys club culture stem from senior management

Pros

Overall you have the ability to talk to senior management directly about concerns and feedback, however secondary level management isn't as mature to take on the feedback without taking it personally. Young office, casual dress all week (personal preference would be for business casual instead), dependant on your role and client base, you have the chance to work with colleagues globally as you would expect. HR has implemented an employee council which empowers staff to feedback to management and implement some changes.

Cons

Company culture is definitely the typical 'sales orientated, drinking every week' culture - if you don't drink to excess you are 'out', this culture is driven by senior UK and global management, company events are (in my experience) all about drinking. HR is still a young function and is trying to implement procedures and process, unfortunately due to the 'boys club' culture, I can see potential for sexual or discrimination grievances unless management changes. Secondary level management varies, and there doesn't appear to be a proper focus on soft skill management training to ensure that you are retaining good staff instead of them leaving due to bad people management.
