4ySorry this has taken some time for me to get to - but if you are open to it, I'd love to speak with you directly in confidence and understand what you are seeing and how we can improve. I assume you voiced your thoughts in our most recent engagement pulse too so we will see that come through our scorecard and actions. We have made a number of changes in the leadership recently with intentional improvements but if you are still not feeling this it would be great to know more. Thank you again.
