The GSDC is one of our most well developed career ecosystems in the group with defined roles and trajectory both laterally and vertically in role and cross function. If you are not seeing this, please connect directly to your local leadership or the People & Culture teams. 5yBrilliant that you love the culture and are challenged, this is the right balance to create a great career experience. You are right, we continually evolve the compensation plan - however this intentional to meet the evolving nature of the business, our portfolio and the right incentive structure to drive success.
