- Our innovative approach to selling software that separates us from other partners. Specifically SoftwareOne's Marketplace, which is the Amazon equivalent of buying software online. - My colleagues are a joy to work with and beside. We have a mindshare approach that allows us to enable each other and ourselves from within. - The leadership that we have in office and across the country will inspire and drive you to reach your goals.

Cons

We are currently enhancing our operating procedures and finding any knots to undo within the business. Doing so also brings growing pains. In the end, this is for the best and SoftwareOne's future success.
