Good place to learn and enhance yoyr skills. Team members are helpful. Overall culture is very nice.

Cons

The senior management runs the organisation as dictators. The higher you go the lesser is your jib security. Despite of so many complaints about the management no action is taken.

the expertise and new services they offer are amazing, intelectual property and no competitors in most of the portal services to admin their licenses are great

Cons

in latam is hard to develop yourself because the leader are like a colombian cartel and don`t let the current employees to develop to protect their covenant. if you hold enough time you can be transfer to US or any other country with political protection

Amazing office environment, work culture, Friendly ppl, always helpful, Chilled out surroundings, bean bags in office, no dress code, cab facility, sodexo vouchers, health insurance, You should join if you are feeling lonely and want to make new friends to party with everyday at cyber hub :) One extra star for the fun you have at work.

Cons

1. Favoritism & Biasness - Decision making is subjective on the basis of likability of the employee 2. Core Values are namesake - Mgt does not display humbleness or integrity as much as it preach about it 3. Hire and Fire culture 4. Does not value employees feedback. Only 3 types of employees can feel safe in SWO 1. Sales ppl - coz they are getting business 2. Employees working on niche domains (coz mgt is not able to find their replacement basically) 3. Employees who are good at buttering
