Acceptable salary. inspiring CEO, training.

Cons

Lack of respect, lack of integrity of managers, hiring new people in batches without adequate selection and firing most of them soon afterwards. 'Creative' sales techniques are encouraged on a daily basis. Atmosphere of fear and cut-throat competition.

There are pockets of great people trying to do their best in the face of constant, unorganized change.

Cons

The SWO side of the Co-CEO setup was thrust into a role he wasn’t ready to do. He has no vision, no real plan and is completely spineless when it comes to dealing with underperforming leaders who are his long-time friends. The once great culture established by the founder is gone. There is no integrity left in this CEO. The person who was President of NORAM prior to the merger with Crayon (now VP of Sales but still list himself as President on LinkedIn) is the most toxic, incompetent walking embodiment of accurate imposter syndrome that has ever existed. SWO has lost its way, culturally and strategically.
