- Great plans for the future and rapid improvements happening everyday - Flat hierarchies - People are very friendly and supportive - International and cross-functional work - Good benefits and support from the People & Culture team - On-premise canteen available
Cons
For the office in Leipzig: - Office facilities could be made better since they feel a bit old-school e.g. kitchen, desks for work (are not height adjustable), chairs. - For a company of this magnitude and especially working in IT industry, sometimes there is a lack of modern methodologies being properly used in day to day life. Some processes need to be revised and modernized to match the standards of large international corporations.
