      Pros

      Company is growing, services and solutions being added regularly to fulfill customer needs. Very entrepreneurial in that sense. Sales has great income potential and additional perks and benefits. Company culture is one of the best, really aligns with the best of the tech business out there. Exciting new offerings available to help beat out the competition.

      Cons

      Tough industry to start in without previous experience. However, if you are motivated, you can quickly grow in this company. With that said- pay is not in the upper echelon, especially from the start.

      Pros

      - Open culture - Minimum restrictions regarding breaks and way of doing work - Can talk to leadership body or upper management for any issue ( Getting a solution is another matter)

      Cons

      - No scope for an employee growth and learning. It is a BPO/KPO - Politics, favoritism for a few individuals. - opportunities are meant only for leaders and directors - Zero growth in career as well as salary (Even if you get one, it'd be a sort of joke). Only the initial salary is good, then get used to it - Facilities and Administration department are good for nothing especially transport department

      Pros

      Company culture was comfortable and no politics. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      No clear career path. Company seemed to priorities westerners over asian staff in terms of role ascensions. Salary acceptable but no bonuses to motivate.

      The business is aware that Career Paths have not been clearly defined in the past and in 2017 HR are rolling out clear career paths to employees. In terms of promotions, we would always promote local staff wherever possible as this is beneficial to the local market, employees and cost savings. However at times if the right skills aren't available locally we do like to give employees the opportunity to work on international assignments.
