Thank you for the feedback - I appreciate the comments. I still believe we still have a flat hierarchy culturally - the openness of communication, the connection for any employee to our the leaders and a humble style that should mean everyone is of equal importance. This is different to having a hierarchy organizationally which has become deeper as a natural evolution as we have grown as a company. If you are not seeing this or do not feel that, please could I ask you to connect with your local leadership or to me directly to help understand specific examples of where we can improve? Hey - firstly thanks for investing part of your career with SWO - we are super proud you were able to start your career with us and find a platform to springboard for the future. Work life balance is a tricky one - I think we can do more here but equally if you love what you do then ideally we should always be in balance. Of course we hate to say goodbye to people - on the one hand it means somehow we have failed at hiring the right fit or retaining talent, but equally we wish you every success in your next path and perhaps you'll boomerang back if the time and opportunity are right in the future.
