Pros

The best thing about SoftwareONE is the people. We have such an amazing culture here and people are forever willing to help anyone. It is not a daunting place to work and everyone is very approachable, including management. There is definite potential to grow and change direction and it is welcomed completely.

Cons

There is no proper on-boarding process and you are normally left to sort out training yourself. When training is provided it is normally done by someone within the business which is not a bad thing but structure and standardisation of the training would be best to ensure everyone is trained to an equal standard.

Amazing organization to work with which provides ample amount of opportunities for your personal and professional growth. 1) I like the work culture as we promote work from home facility. 2) My Boss Prashant Sir is really helpful and ensures that required support is available to me. 3) GSDC is bringing significant improvement in overall growth of SoftwareONE 4) I have joined S2P Services in the month of June'15 and got great support from everyone. 5) I like the vision of the company can associate myself with the vision which is very important. 6) The Company has so much to give and I can add value to it with my experience and knowledge. 7) has good opportunities to travel outside which is also a great thing to happen.

Cons

Transport is a challenge and location is too far away.
