In the US, they are very Microsoft-centric, at the expense of building relationships with other publishers. West coast and Southwest see quite a bit of turnover in management and reps. East Coast/Midwest are very stable.
They strongly encourage inside reps to move out into the field, in US or even globally. This sounds great, but for most of them, this was their 1st job right out of college. This is a very niche industry, and requires excellent business acumen, including sitting with C-level clients. Some of these folks weren't ready, and it caused huge turnover/disruption to the field reps. I literally had a new (green) inside rep every 6 months for 3 years. None of them had left the company; all due to moving into a field role.
