Decent starter company but not much for career development.

Pros

They make a lot of promises and compensate pretty well in the beginning. They provide you with the freedom to run your own business which is nice.

Cons

Lots of Office Politics. Management is disorganized with no clear vision; changing their mind even after announcing corporate policy changes. The CEO spends the majority of his time traveling and has no real grasp of any of the SWO subs. The majority of the supporting seniors are involved in a "boys club" environment and really have no say in the overall direction of the company but other employees are lead to believe otherwise. Training is disorganized and not very thorough and the majority, if not all, of the belt trainings are designed overseas and are either inaccurate or incomplete.

Pros

This organization has experienced great growth over the years and with the growth has been sure to grow it's people. You work hard, but your work is recognized. The culture is diverse and with employees spread out across the country it still manages to provide a dynamic experience each day.

Cons

Not really a con per say, but you need to be ready to work hard, it's a fast moving train and everyone involved keeps it moving quickly to grow the business

Poor Management doesn't take feedback or improve, roles and responsibilities are different while interviewing than the actual work, no professional environment.
