Some of the smartest people in the industry. Ability to be yourself as a valued individual contributor. Management is doing your job, not just telling you what to do. People are nice, fun and the management team has a backbone to what is right. Growth...Challenging, but fun and lots of opportunities.

Office Culture is good. Work from home facility,, cab facility. Young & vibrant, casual dressing, Incentives are good. Exposure to work with multinational people and environment. Company listens to the employees.

Cons

Niche Industry as it deals in Software Licensing as very few companies are in the market who do such business, specially in India its a very new business.SO there aren't much companies to switch. So think through before you come.
