Gaslighting all the time, and then backpedaling when lies are exposed Lying at all management levels No real growth opportunities Truly incompetent HR that believes they are the managers Constantly promote core values, but most of them are truly irrelevant to them Deleting Glassdoor reviews that were unfavourable, retaliated on the basis of the review

Salary on time, few perks like Amazon Voucher and cash prize based on your performance

Cons

No work life balance. Unrealistic time lines. Everything has to be done manually. Management will listen and ignore you at the same time. You have to work on all your weekends of month and atleast 18 hours in a day to meet the deadlines. When you left they won't provide your quarterly verriable amount in your FNF for months you worked even if that is the part of your CTC. HR always favours management over the associate level employees.

SoftwareONE provides flexibility (work from home) to their employees where applicable. The company also has competitive salary and benefits compared to its peers. It has a flat hierarchy and very much oriented in its values. Great people.
