I cannot tell you how inspiring and happy the title of your review makes me. One of the key parts of our vision within the People Pillar is to aspire to making SoftwareONE the best time any of our employees have in their professional career. I know that we are not the right company for everyone (I am a firm believer that you should find the write company for you and absolutely love what you do - a cliché but the truest advice I have ever been give and can give). I would personally disagree with you on spend and investments in the company - our acquisitions, new systems development and growth should illustrate this - but if I am missing something or you are not feeling this, then I'd love to know more. Hey, thanks for the comments and sorry we were not the right platform for your career. I am working on the assumption that by systems you mean our technology - please feel free to write to me if this is not the case. In some ways you are right, our overall systems architecture is different to other tech companies, but I would not say it is by any means antiquated - what I would say is that our platforms are relevant to the business and efficient (I know so many businesses that suffer from large scale IT platforms that are incredibly cost intensive and become inefficient in use because they offer too much). We are actually also making significant investments in this area on a Global ERP update and CRM deployment - but never for the sake of having the technology itself - we must make sure we stay lean but meet the needs of our employees and customers without compromise. We have recently launched phase 1 of the new HRIS platform and already have other technology investments in place (Psymetrics for Talent & Motivosity for Reward & Recognition). This is not to mention our own customer platforms such as PyraCloud which are actually by all standards, world class.
