As I'm sure you know, Mexico is one of our highest growth countries and I am constantly inspired the talent we continue to see there - so it's great to hear your positive feedback. Growth also has challenges - as you say communication becomes more complex to ensure the right messages land with the right groups. I am very sorry you felt the way you did - Services is core to what we do and the Mexican and wider LATAM team have some of the best people in the whole company so it's frustrating you didn't feel or see this. the expertise and new services they offer are amazing, intelectual property and no competitors in most of the portal services to admin their licenses are great

Cons

in latam is hard to develop yourself because the leader are like a colombian cartel and don`t let the current employees to develop to protect their covenant. if you hold enough time you can be transfer to US or any other country with political protection
