Pros

There is a lot of freedom BUT this only last as long as the management (if we can speak of management in the first place) does not change it's vision.

Cons

The company frequently changes of vision and direction and goes beyond the employee. This creates the feeling that they just don't care. Not care for you, neither for the customer!

Pros

Probably the strongest proposition in the market and on the service the greatest culture driving this. Pay good for top performers. Competitive for everyone else. Made some strong hires over recent months/years with some incredible talent. Targets are easily achievable.

Cons

Maturity of the leadership team across the business made up of sales 'boys club' / 'old school' people - individuals ending up in positions they are out of their depth in but no self awareness of such. Wasting talent that sits elsewhere in the business due to their own egos. Reward & recognition is bias and limited to a few. Little flexibilty, WFH. Zero support - only join if you are happy to work it all out for yourself.

Pros

I've been at SoftwareONE for over two years now and really enjoy it. I've seen a huge amount of change in the time I've been here and it's a really exciting place to work. The company is very focussed on culture and I think that focus has tangible benefits. You are trusted to work autonomously, however you have a support network around you (SAM, Services Management, Inside Sales etc) that mean you're never "alone".

Cons

The only slight downside is that as we've grown, some of the small company feeling is starting to fade and that can be something people look for in a company.
