SoftwareOne, great for those into professional services! Want to learn and grow within either of the cloud providers, MS license resale business, vmware,SAP, Oracle consulting. FinOps, Cybersecurity and many others across 98 countries and all customer verticals.

Cons

People are complacent, parts of the company is still with the old license selling mind-set. Part is moving extremely fast into selling AI & ML services via Cloud. So chose carefully.

Employee-centered with great support structure. Relative autonomy to manage your clients your way within an increasingly narrow framework. Everyone gets along, has fun, and works well together.

Cons

There has been continual upheaval and change to operating methodologies in the past 5 years with no stability in sight. Doesn't feel as secure of employment as it once did. Pay is mediocre, benefits are average.
