Pros

Great benefits, knowledgable coworkers, and good work-life balance. The company is committed to bettering the lives of its employees and end patients. A higher standard is instilled in the workplace with the understanding that the work employees do matters.

Cons

With many fast-paced changes occurring, there may be some ambiguity regarding organizational structure and responsibilities.

Pros

The company has an exciting energy as it transitions from 3M. Solventum feels like a startup with a well-established business. The pay and vacation are above average also.

Cons

As the company transitions away from 3M. The technology community fells a bit siloed in their respective divisions. But, that is improving every day.

Great start up to work at!

Pros

- Start up yet established feel. Many people have worked together before 3M split so they know how to do things. But, since it is a start up, they are also able to adjust things and be flexible. - Great coworkers! Everyone is willing to learn and help! - Great opportunities to work in various roles and develop skills! - Love the values of the company! - The office building is a great place to work - The awesome and healthy food. - Work-Life balance.

Cons

- Since it is a start up and still detangling from 3M, there are a lot of infrastructure and procedures that are not yet set. - Not many people come into office (most work remote) so there's not many chances to meet people outside of your team.
