Amazing energy and enthusiasm in building a world class healthcare company. It is very easy to reach out to anyone within Solventum and they do their best to help resolve the issue. Strong legacy of innovation & a great future as a health care company!

Cons

Transitioning as a separate company from 3M has legacy issues. Culture shift from 3M to Solventum can cause confusion. Processes are still being put in place
