Pros

Partners can easily become like family, it's truly a great network to build a solid foundation. The discount is awesome, free shift drinks and a free pound of coffee per week! Plus this free college program they've since rolled out is such a big deal and unheard of in their market.

Cons

After school rushes are intense with the number of blended beverages, but it goes quickly. Also sampling pastries can add up on the waistline if one isn't careful. Doing dishes and cleaning bathrooms are the un-glamorous sides, but that's all part of it.

Pros

Great people, flexibility with hours, great benefits, Opportunities for promotion, Arizona state university free tuition! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better job to get me through college.

Cons

Shift supervisors don't nearly get paid what they should. Not always the right staffing. A shift supervisor just hired is getting The same pay as me and I have 4 years as a shift on her. It is great fora college job, especially when you need experience, management looks great on your resume.

Pros

-People are very willing to meet with you and help you out -The free coffee each week -30% off at Starbucks stores

Cons

Being an external hire, I feel like an outsider everyday I am at work. No matter how much I try to "immerse" with my team and other partners I seem to always be purposely left out of team conversations. Additionally, I could tell from day 1 that most managers because managers not because they are good leaders but because they are friends with directors or VPs. This has led to more bad managers than good ones. Parking is embarassingly horrible, and the company does not seem to care.
