Pros

I'm working here because of the health care benefits for part-time employees. After 3 months premium health care costs $80 a month as long as you work 240 hours a quarter (roughly 20 hours a week).

Cons

Standing on your feet for 7 hour shifts. Customers are always right even if they mess up their own order and yell at you. You get a 30 minute break if you work more than 6.25 hours in a day, and you're supposed to have a 10 minute break every 2 hours, but rarely does that occur since the store is usually very busy and the store is understaffed.

Pros

We really live by our Mission Statement every day...legendary customer service, involvement with local community, respect and dignity to eachother are my top three and I see them on a daily basis. Making someone's day turn around from the time they walk up the register to when they get their beverage. It's about the connection with customers, co-workers (partners) and superiors. Highly recommend. (Also, as a manager, 40 hour work weeks!)

Cons

Because of the fantastic benefits package and perks of job such as free coffee/tea wkly and 30% discount, the rate of pay for managers is less than I would like...but at least I'm not working 60 hours on a salary.
