Pros

Free coffee, free drinks fun environment, a very flexible schedule, and an open door management policy. Great benefits, and a great (seemingly) to start a new career

Cons

Sometimes managemnt is aloof and is not present. The store managers work very few if any weekends, often you work with people who care absolutely nothing for what they do or have pride in their work.

Pros

Free drinks, co-workers usually around the same age, decent tips depending on the shift, nice to get work over early if you're a morning person

Cons

cheap tips depending on what shift you work, managers are pretty incompetent, morning shift sucks if you're out all night the night before, not much to say, very straightforward job
