Execellent Training Program; Support from all partners; Consistant feedback on performance; Always an opportunity for praise and recognition; Team environment; Wonderful Customers;

Cons

I feel that once you have begun to achieve expectations and run a success store, you are left there. It makes a district managers job easier to have store managers that do there jobs, stay put and not develop further. District Managers circles are very tight and they like to keep it that way. As a result, there are many many store managers that are forgotten and placed on the back burner, for years...
