Pros

-Great benefits with at least 20 hours a week -Fast paced environment -Make friends and generally have a good time (for being at work anyway) -Free espresso until your eyes fall out -A pound of free coffee or box of tea every week -Recognition for a job well done -Pay raise every six months -About $2/hour in tips (depending on the store and time of year) -Flexible schedule -Easily advance in the company

Cons

-Horrendously rude customers that treat you like dirt -On your feet all day -You smell like coffee/spoiled milk all the time -Very early hours (4am shifts) -Can be boring doing the same thing every single day -Selling promotional items (this one really sucks)

Pros

They treat you like a member of their family. I loved everyone working at my store and enjoyed most of the customers who came in.

Cons

You have to start work at 5am some mornings which can be a drag on any sort of social life. Often they will have you "clopen"
