Pros

Easy to do the job, just press some buttons, steam the milk and put all together in the cup, the customer will pay a lot for something that is made in 30 seconds, it means profit for the company

Cons

Management can't barely speak English sometimes, all they care is about their bonuses and force you to do stupid promotions, forcing us to rip off the customers

Pros

Free coffee is a great reason to work at Starbucks, where the java is always flowing to keep energy high as well as the spirits. They seem to do a pretty good job hiring managers, and are always looking to promote from within before they start looking elsewhere for new talent. I can't imagine why someone would want to work anywhere else, to be honest, the pay is reasonable and the demands of the job aren't exactly strenuous. Sure I could be doing more with my diploma, but for the time being this is a pretty good fit for my money.

Cons

The hours can be a little extreme, having to get to work by 5 to be ready for the morning commute rush, but other than that it's a pretty laid back place to work. I mean all you do is serve coffee to people all day, it's really not that bad.
