Pros

Great benefits - Free Spotify, seven food items per week, free coffee, first time Bachelor's at ASU

Cons

Career progression is tough within the company. External hires get hired at much higher wages than internal promotes, and internals usually have to step in to help them. District manager played favorites and it was clear who they'd support. Not everyone is held to the same accountability. Cared too much about a survey on which there's no control on when customers received or filled them out.

Pros

3 free tall drinks a day, one free food item for shift supervisors, tips (unless they're stolen by the management)

Cons

Overworked (50hr weeks), underpaid (11 euro an hour) for holding a supervisor role where you're held responsible for every single issue that arises on shift, such as calling the police, cleaning up vomit/broken glass, customer complaints, the till being down comes out of your tips. Management once asked a girl to come to work while her mother lay dying in ICU. AVOID this place. Don't support their business, as it drives local coffee shops out of business.

Pros

Coworkers and store management tend to be great, higher pay than other similar jobs, benefits available if you work at least 20 hours a week, tips have gone up since digital tipping has been implemented, food and drinks are free while working, very lgbtq+ friendly environment, flexible scheduling.

Cons

Any management that is a district manager or higher is grossly out of touch with actual working environment, store management is highly variable by store, the company switches out store managers between location nearly every 2 years, increased outside management hires, physically demanding, customers have been getting ruder and ruder, emotionally exhausting, many managers take their stress out on their shift supervisors, you're expected to drop everything on your days off to cover shifts, people get fired for being late but not for racism, union busting, more focused on speed than quality
